Athenea Apex ("we", "us") operates the website atheneaapex.com and the Athenea Apex Chrome Extension. We provide mathematical value betting analysis using publicly available odds data.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service: • Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account, to send you pick alerts and account information. • Usage analytics — anonymised page view counts via server logs. No personal identifiers are stored. • Subscription data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers or payment details. The Chrome Extension does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. It fetches publicly available pick data from our API and displays it locally in your browser.
• Email: to send pick alerts, account confirmations and service updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. • Analytics: to understand which features are most used and improve the service. • We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The Athenea Apex Chrome Extension requests the following permissions: • storage — to cache the latest picks locally so the popup loads instantly. No personal data is stored. • host permissions (bet365.com, pinnacle.com, betfair.com, williamhill.com) — to detect when you are on a supported bookmaker site so contextually relevant picks can be shown. No browsing data is transmitted to our servers.
We use a single session cookie for authentication when you are logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
Waitlist emails are retained until you request deletion. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction or deletion of your data • Object to processing or request restriction • Data portability To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Pick and CLV data is stored in an append-only PostgreSQL audit log — settled results cannot be altered.
